These Terms govern access to and use of the ADAM product, member area and related services. By using the product or purchasing access, a user agrees to these Terms.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase or use the service.

Purchases and payment

ADAM is sold through Explodely, which is described by the product operator as the retailer and Merchant of Record for orders. Prices, offers and upgrades are shown at the point of sale. Refunds are governed by the local ADAM Refund Policy.

Licence to use the service

After purchase, the operator grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for personal use. Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense or share access or materials with others. Content remains the property of the operator or its licensors.

No guarantee of results

The service is provided for educational and informational purposes. The operator does not guarantee a particular result, income or outcome. Results depend on a user’s effort, skills and circumstances. Read the local Income & Earnings Disclaimer.

Acceptable use

Users must not use the service unlawfully, seek unauthorised access, interfere with the service or misrepresent an affiliation with a person or entity.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADAM and its owners, officers and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenue. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold ADAM harmless from claims, damages or expenses arising from use of the service or breach of these Terms.

Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated when posted with a revised date. They are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the service operator is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
